This dish takes cheesy fries to the next level with layers of toppings, including tender pulled pork, spicy jalapeños, and a variety of sauces. It’s a meal in itself and perfect for sharing (or not!).
Ultimate Loaded Cheesy Fries with Pulled Pork, Jalapeños, and All the Fixings
*(Serves 4-6)*
Ingredients
For the Fries:
- 1.5 lbs (680g) frozen French fries (or homemade fries)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp of your F N Good Food Cheesy Fries seasoning
For the Pulled Pork:
- 2 cups cooked pulled pork (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup F N Good Food BAR-B-Queens' sauce
For the Toppings:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 6 slices)
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (use our homemade recipe)
- 1/4 cup F N Good Food BAR-B-QUEENS' sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prepare the Fries:
Spread the frozen French fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with F N Good Food Cheesy Fries seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Bake the Fries:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fries are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
4. Prepare the Pulled Pork:
In a small saucepan, heat the pulled pork with F n gOod Food BAR-B-QUEENS' sauce over medium heat until warmed through. Set aside.
5. Assemble the Loaded Fries:
Remove the fries from the oven and transfer them to a large ovenproof dish or serving platter. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the fries. Add the pulled pork, crumbled bacon, pickled jalapeños, diced tomatoes, corn, and black beans.
6. Melt the Cheese:
Return the loaded fries to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Add the Finishing Touches:
Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream, guacamole, ranch dressing, and F N Good Food BAR-B-QUEENS' sauce. Sprinkle with green onions.
8. Serve:
Serve immediately with extra sauces on the side for dipping.

- For a vegetarian version, skip the pulled pork and bacon, and add sautéed mushrooms or extra black beans.
- Add a fried egg on top for a breakfast-inspired twist.
