Some of our spices are certified organic. The spices are non-GMO, kosher, and gluten free.
Where do your spices come from?
We curate our spices from a world-wide network of ethically sourced distributors. Having a history working in the hospitality industry spanning 50 years, we are wanting to produce the best products for your table.
Do you provide bulk spices for restaurants?
As chefs, we understand the needs of a professional kitchen. We create our seasonings with that in mind. Please click here to access our Professional Cooks area on the website.
What is the shelf life of spices?
Whole spices will keep for between a year and two years. Ground spices will keep for 6-10 months. The spices & seasoning mixes are still usable but they start to lose some of their vibrancy and intensity.
